ORDINANCE AMENDING LA MESA MUNICIPAL CODE 12.40.060 – STORAGE OF VEHICLES Staff recommends the Council approve the introduction and first reading of the Ordinance to amend La Mesa Municipal Code 12.40.060 – Use of Streets for Storage of Vehicles Prohibited, to clarify the phrase “store”. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA MESA AMENDING TITLE 24 OF THE LA MESA MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH PROVISIONS FOR EMERGENCY SHELTERS AS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW Staff recommends the Council approve the second reading and adoption of the Ordinance amending Title 24 of the La Mesa Municipal Code to establish provisions for emergency shelters as required by State law.
